PROTECT OUR HOOD

We’re calling on YOU to be a part of something special! Root2Fruit Youth Foundation invites you to Protect Our Hood Day—a powerful opportunity to come together, give back, and strengthen the community that we all love.

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 10 AM, we’ll meet at the Austin Town Hall Cultural Center (5610 W. Lake St., Chicago, IL 60644) to roll up our sleeves, connect with neighbors, and make a lasting impact in the ASAP Safe Zone.

Why You Should Join Us:

Learn about the Austin Safety Action Plan (ASAP) and how it has transformed our community.

Tour the ASAP Safe Zone and see firsthand the spaces that provide peace, opportunity, and safety.

Help with a hands-on project—whether it’s cleaning, painting, building, or sorting supplies, your efforts will make a difference!

Break bread with neighbors as we celebrate our hard work with food, fellowship, and community love.

The ASAP Safe Zone was built to protect and uplift our neighborhood, and it continues to be a beacon of hope and change. Your participation in Protect Our Hood Day helps keep this legacy alive!
